Child Support
I hired Linda due to the time crunch that I was in and needed representation pretty quick. Big mistake. Paid the retainers fee and received delayed responses on many of my inquiries. When feedback was provided, it was often vague which led to more questions from me which ultimately led to the depleti...

review
I had a simple paternal termination of rights. Father had never met child. I had to call every week for 6 months to get the father served papers... IN PRISON. It wasn't hard to find him! We're 2 years in and 100's of unreturned calls, I've retained a new lawyer. Linda moved out of her office over ni...

Poor service

When a check is held in trust that means it is deposited into the client's trust account at the bank, where it remains until the work is performed, Such was done in this instance. Unfortunately, delays do occur when an attorney does more than just estate planning and has litigation obligations as well. Additionally, these clients were made aware of a family emergency involving one of my daughter's needing surgery that resulted in hospitalization for 3+ weeks. I regret that my schedule and its shifting demands adversely impacted Marvin and his wife. We certainly strive to always provide the best possible care for our clients and their cases. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. -LH

When I retained a new lawyer I picked up my file and they told me they mailed me my refund for my trust. Well more than a year later now and I have even went to the office a coupl...

WORST EXPERIENCE...Fired Linda Hoak 11 months ago still NO retainer refund
I hired Linda Hoak for a case which she never worked on! After 5 months of cancelled meeting and not filing anything on my case I fired Ms. Hoak and requested a refund of my retainer. Months and months went by and every time I contacted her office via phone call or email I was given the run around ab...
