Lesly Vaillancourt is an experienced and accomplished estate planning and probate lawyer, helping clients plan ahead for whatever the future may bring, while avoiding probate and protecting assets. She also advises clients on the complexities of trust planning and business succession planning. Lesly was named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a distinction reserved for just 1% of attorneys in each jurisdiction. Lesly was also the immediate past Chair of the Estate and Financial Committee of the American Bar Association (GP Solo division) and a past Chair of the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee. For nearly a decade she served as a contributing author and editor of the ABA's GPSolo magazine.
