I represent both claimants and respondents in employment and contract matters through FINRA arbitration. Represents clients with all manner of issues in AAA Arbitration.

I represent both companies and employees in discrimination cases, unfair competition, and other areas of employment law in mediation, arbitration or litigation as required.

I am focused on complex matters in the areas of contract and commercial litigation, securities and financial securities, employment law, trade secret litigation, energy litigation and products liability defense.
