Lawrence Larry McGuinness is the founding partner of McGuinness & Gonzalez, P.A. He graduated magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a dual major in Accounting and Finance. After a brief stint on Wall-Street, he attended University of Florida College of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1989. After working for the largest employment law firm in America for a few years, he opened his own law firm where he has been representing employees and employers ever since.

Very poor!!
Hired this firm to represent me in a Discrimination matter and not only was I given poor advise but also trying to contact either representatives were non existent. Mr. Mcguinness also assured me that the Company I was suing would have to pay the fees that incur and instead I had to pay those fees. ...
