Excellent litigation

Our neighbor hired a lawyer to force us to move our fence which was over the property line a few inches. Mark helped us resolve the matter for a reasonable fee.

Mark Moseley - exceptional resource

I have been a client of Mark's for 20+ years, and without reservation would recommend him for business or personal matters. During that time he has provided valuable advice in several areas. Estate planning, business counsel, and counsel on personal/family matters following the death of a family me...mber. Mark has been exceptional in all of these matters and continues to serve as the on-going counsel in all of my business and personal matters. He has an excellent ability to distill things down to the necessary, specific issues and is able to provide advice that also considers the real-world conditions that will be part of any business decision and execution.

Mark guided me through settlement of my father's estate, including necessary filings and court appearances. He was totally professional and gave me great comfort about the process.

Accessible and timely

When resolving a business issue, Mark made time to meet my needs in negotiation. He worked well with my CPA to make a well rounded team.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
