Accessible and timely

When resolving a business issue, Mark made time to meet my needs in negotiation. He worked well with my CPA to make a well rounded team.

Guardianship and Estate Matters regarding Elderly Parent

Following my appointment as the legal Guardian for my elderly mother, other family members became focused on have Guardianship changed at which time I secured the services of Mark Moseley on behalf of my mother. Mr. Moseley represented mother fully through out the Probate Guardianship matter via fili...ng/answering motions, appearing at court hearings, advising me on yearly documentation requirements etc. In addition to the Probate matters, Mr. Moseley also represented mother in a Circuit Court action filed by a family member. This matter involved ensuring the action was held in the proper county of venue which Mr. Moseley successfully argued. With my mother's passing, Mr. Moseley also represented me in getting the estate matter before the appropriate Probate court and in having a 3rd party appointed as the Administrator of the estate due to the history of the family in feuding. Through out my experience with Mr. Moseley, he has always been knowledgeable, straight forward, kind and honest. While I may have wished him to have been a bit more aggressive at times, in hind sight I believe he struck just the right tone and behavior that was needed to accomplish what needed to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Moseley to friends/family in the future.
