She is well-prepared by researching the case in advance and finding ways for ensuring that the client is successful in the courtroom. I observed this first-hand in the courtroom during the case hearing. Attorney Buckner received instructions from the court to prepare the written order and return. The insightful and creative Attorney Buckner, rose to her feet and informed the court that “I had taken the liberty of preparing the order in advance for the court.” Ethics: Attorney Buckner’s words are always kept and her commitments are always honored.
