Complete WASTE of time and money

Completely unresponsive, unprofessional and unapologetic. Ms. Evans accomplished absolutely NOTHING for me, and was a complete waste of almost $10,000. Says she responds within 48 hrs yet it’s been over a month since I was allowed to speak to her and sent her multiple emails begging for a meeting ju...st to get ignored and billed for it. Lies, excuses and invoices. She worthless. Won’t go to court for you, illiterate in her paperwork, clearly only cares about your money, and will blow you off as soon as she gets it. She will try telling you that you never wanted to go to court and never cared about the money in direct response to your email stating “when can we set a court date so I can be reimbursed my legal fees.” Just a gaslighting scam trying to put the blame on you for her refusing to do her job. She will run you around in repetitive circles, pawn you off on her assistant months into the case without your consent, and try to make you pay to explain it again for the second time. I ended up having to fire her months and thousands of dollars into my case it got so bad. I’m still mind blown on how blatantly Ms. Evans did this to me. Don’t fall the same SCAM I did and save your money. Last thing anyone needs is to get screwed over by an attorney in the time of need.

ZERO STARS

TERRIBLE attorney. If you want an attorney to screw you over choose her. I don’t even think she is a legitimate lawyer. Scam artist. Will take all your money and give false promises

Customer’s Sister

DO NOT use this Attorney! Did not return calls, told my sister she would meet with them before Court - didn’t happen. Was a No Show at Court, showed up hours later saying she thought she was on time. My sister lost her case!!!

Great Family Law Attorney

I had the great pleasure of being represented by Kim at trial. Though we worked together for a short time, she was overall very responsive to my emails and concerns and prepared me well to go on the witness stand. She is also just a great person and can relate well to her clients. Further, she teache...s legal research and writing to future attorneys so her clients are in great hands when it comes to the drafting of documents for trial. I would highly recommend Kim or anyone else in her law office.

She will not legally protect you

I used Kimberly for my divorce about a year ago. She was decently priced compared to most lawyers I spoke to. It turns out that you are getting what you pay for. My ex and I went to mediation and settled on an agreement prior to my meeting with Kimberly. All she had to do was create my divorce decree... and protect me. The divorce decree was not well written, including misspellings of names. I gave the house to the ex, but it was not written in the decree that he had a set time to refinance in order to remove my name from the mortgage. So now, I'm still dealing with the house a year later trying to foreclose it, since he did not pay for the taxes. I also have to check every month and make sure the mortgage is paid. If not, it affects my credit. Along with this, two contracts to protect me with the house that should have been filed with the county were never filed. When I asked her about this a year later, she wanted me to pay her again to try to get them filed. It should have been done during the time of the divorce and I should not have to pay her for her mistakes. I ultimately had to find a new family lawyer, and pay a ton more money, to help clear me from this mess. I am still paying lawyers and still dealing with this. I highly recommend you do not use her. She will not legally protect you.

It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with our services. I do not recall this case, but I would be happy to discuss this matter with you further. We do our best to meet our clients' needs. Sometimes when people hire an attorney in the middle of a process, things can get lost in translation. It is not our practice to submit poorly written documents or incomplete documents. I would gladly review your case if you would be willing to state your name and not remain anonymous. We strive to protect our clients' rights. We certainly would not charge a client to correct an error on our part. Again, it is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with our services and we apologize for anything you feel we did not do to protect you and your family.
