Review of Kevin Carson Whitacre Kevin Whitaker was the most inexperienced and incompetent lawyer one could ever imagine; Communications were poor and no follow-ups and not prepared for cases when going to court. I hired Kevin Whitaker under auspices of Attorney Dodge Whitaker was given informa...tion as case background; he never read it through. A Discovery was ordered, but he never looked at one page of it, nor did he go through my personal history that was given to him by Benjamin Dodge, the main attorney.
