Kevin Carson Whitacre

I hired Kevin Whitacre to protect my rights as a father, but his negligence led to devastating consequences: 1. Missed Statutory Deadline: Whitacre FAILED to file the Petition to Establish Paternity within the legally mandated timeframe. This oversight led to the court dismissing my paternity act...ion, effectively terminating my legal standing as a father. 2. ​Inadequate Oversight: Whitacre relied on his paralegal to manage critical deadlines without proper supervision. This lack of diligence directly resulted in the late filing and subsequent LOSS of my parental rights.​ Due to these errors, I was excluded from any involvement in my child's life, and the adoption proceeded without my consent. I looked online and found Kevin was sued by his former client, which he appears to have misrepresented by violating ER's (Ethical Rules). There's also a pending complaint against Mr. Whitacre in the Arizona State Bar for when he misrepresented another client. In an attempt to dismiss the lawsuit,... Kevin pretended that his last name wasn't "Whitacre." But it didn't' work, the judge DENIED Kevin's request. I hired Kevin Whitaker under auspices of Attorney Dodge Whitaker was given informa...tion as case background; he never read it through. A Discovery was ordered, but he never looked at one page of it, nor did he go through my personal history that was given to him by Benjamin Dodge, the main attorney.
