I’m writing this with tears in my eyes. This is the first Christmas that I spend without my children because I lost custody to my children due to Kevin representing me. I warn and urge everyone to look at the other reviews as to how poor his representation is and how vulnerable you’ll be in family co...urt with Kevin representing you. I can’t go back in time and choose another divorce attorney, I’ve already lost my children. But what I can do is share my honest testimony, so at least I can prevent others from having the same fate I did.

I was very well pleased having Kevin Whitcare working on my case through Dodge & Vega. Back in December I was amazed the way he asked question to my spouse which we try to serve her and she refused to be served by not giving her address. But she was saying that I knew her address which was all a lie ...and came out in court. Still waiting the judge decision. But I feel that while she was asked for about 2 1/2 hour cross examine and me only 30 mins with her counselor and mines. Mr. Whitacre was truly a person of integrity. Going into the end of my divorce I threw him into a mess. A Discovery was ordered, but he never looked at one page of it, nor did he go through my personal history that was given to him by Benjamin Dodge, the main attorney.
