They filed the wrong Chapter bankruptcy. Filed it on the wrong date "accidently" (OOps-they were sorry!) which made me have to pay the trustee A LOT of money un-necessarily. They rarely return calls and e-mails. The lawyers never reviewed the paperwork so even what was filed (and re-filed) it was ...wrong. We had to re-do the paper-work 3 times because they filled it out wrong and we never changed what we turned in ... they just couldn't read our type written words apparently??? The Lawyers that actually meet with you and represent you in court don't know the law and 2nd guessed themselves constantly. Also, don't think you'll get the guy that wrote the book (Kevin Heupel) ... yes it's his firm, but secretaries and what seems to bee 1st year lawyers do the work. This was by far the most frustrating and costly mistake I think I've made. Never have I experienced such disregard for people in a lawyer office.

The staff at Heupel Law were always courteous and friendly whenever I came in or called. They walk you through the process step-by-step.
