The most professional lawyer I have ever dealt with
Very professional, responds immediately to phone calls and emails. Gives honest opinions and guides you through the process. Does not sugar coat or promise things she cannot be sure of. Excellent presence in court . Heartfelt tenacious attitude and work ethic for her clients. Would only use Kevan if ...

Review for Kevan Spence
Two years ago the Northern Chapter of the MS Society referred me to Ms. Spence as an attorney who could help me apply for my Social Security disability benefits. My next letter will be to them to let them know they need not refer people to any other attorney- she's THAT good! I was very sick and very...

Wouldn't take my case
Called for help, at first said she would help by phone, called after my first denial as instructed. Could not get an in office consult. Told me no without looking at my records. Found another attorney who recently represented me in my judicial hearing.
There are many reasons why our office might not be able to accept representation of a particular individual. Although our office always appreciates public commentary, this individual who was unhappy was never a client of our office. Therefore, he or she was never represented by us and has no basis to comment on the quality of our representation. We always hope that if we are not able to represent someone, that he or she can find other representation and that the outcome will be successful.

Ms. Kevan Spence always kept me informed and I knew she was on top of my case!
No doubt in my mind, without the representation of Ms. Spence my favorable SSDI decision would have been a struggle. Kevan was so professional and so concerned in me as a person, I always felt very comfortable and confident that she had my best interest as a priority. I'm so happy I made the right de...
"Minutes after meeting Kevan I could tell she was not only extremely knowledgeable about social security and disability law but also absolutely passionate about helping her clients. I would not hesitate to refer anyone her way!"
"Kevan is a great attorney who truly cares about her clients. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, and gives every case the attention it deserves. I recommend Kevan to clients on a regular basis and will continue to do so without hesitation."
"I endorse this lawyer. We are colleagues in a small community. I practice in family law, estate planning and bankruptcy. I was able to work with Kevan on a case where she was able to help one of my bankruptcy clients get her social security disability benefits. I now refer all my potential clients that need assistance with disability insurance to Kevan!!"
