Biography
Kevan Spence graduated from Smith College and received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. She also earned a Masters Degree from Stanford University. Kevan is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the federal district courts, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Spence is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Ms. Spence has an extensive background in litigation and medical malpractice. She has broad knowledge of complex medical and disability issues to successfully support her clients and win their benefits. Her geographic areas of the practice include Sacramento, Stockton and the Central Valley, the Sierra Foothills, Reno, Nevada and the Tahoe region. For the past eleven years, Ms. Spence has successfully represented hundreds of clients from application through administrative law hearings.
