The founder and principal attorney of ENFORCEAMARK, Kenya L. Williams, has been practicing law for nearly a decade and has specialized in intellectual property law for eight years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Stanford University, a Master of Public Administration degree from Tennessee State University and a law degree from Whittier Law School, where she earned a certificate in intellectual property law. Although Ms. Williams has focused on intellectual property law for most of her legal career, she has a breadth of legal experience, ranging from business litigation and personal injury to family law and debt collection. This wealth of legal experience in different areas of law allows Ms. Williams to provide sophisticated and sensible advice in a variety of circumstances encountered by her clients.
Prior to starting ENFORCEAMARK, Ms. Williams was a trademark attorney for an AM Law 100 firm managing large trademark portfolios and worldwide enforcement for companies in the fashion and automotive industries. She began her career in intellectual property law at the oldest boutique intellectual property firm in Los Angeles, where she learned from senior attorneys, some of whom had practiced law for nearly 50 years. As the most junior attorney at the firm for a period of time, she was able to gain substantive experience early in her career doing extensive legal research and writing, drafting summary judgment motions and federal appeals briefs, and preparing for trials and oral arguments. In addition to the litigation experience Ms. Williams gained, she managed the trademark portfolios of many of the firm’s clients, which provided her with a wealth of experience overseeing domestic and foreign trademark prosecution.
In her most recent role, Ms. Williams managed the worldwide trademark portfolios and disputes for notable clothing brands and automotive companies. In addition to her trademark prosecution and enforcement work, Ms. Williams prepared opinion letters for a large retailer that informed the company’s decisions regarding the use and registration of new trademarks.
At ENFORCEAMARK, Ms. Williams brings together her wealth of experience in intellectual property and other areas of law, along with her tireless drive to serve her clients’ needs by providing them with strategic advice regarding their trademark and copyright portfolios, intellectual property disputes, and related business matters. Additionally, Ms. Williams has resources in many other areas of law and can provide referrals in other areas as needed.
Outside of her career as an intellectual property lawyer, Ms. Williams has many interests and shares her time and talent as much as possible to help others. She is on the Board of Trustees at Whittier College and takes part in initiatives related to racial justice and equality. Ms. Williams also mentors current and future lawyers, and is involved with community and church organizations.
Ms. Williams also enjoys to cook, spend time with family and friends, and travel around the world.

I reached out to Kenya with a few complex trademark questions related to my business. She not only thoroughly addressed every single one of my questions, but she broke everything down so that I understood her points completely. Kenya is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I would not hesitate to...
"Kenya first worked for my firm as a Law Clerk, where she quickly distinguished herself as one of the brightest and hardest working law clerks I have ever trained. Kenya passed the bar on the first attempt, which is no surprise considering how well she had developed during our time together. I had the distinct pleasure to hire and work with Kenya as an attorney once she passed the bar and I truly believe that she is well on her way to becoming an outstanding attorney. Kenya is well educated, articulate, hard working and ethical and I will not hesitate to call her if I ever need an attorney with her skill set as an IP Attorney and IP Litigator."
