I am a public school teacher who was accused by my ex of things that not only would have kept my children from me but probably would have affected my ability to work in education. I am now the primary parent, with the majority of custodial time and full decision making. Ms. Wiley turned back a we...ll planned and well organized manufactured story and by tearing it apart, showed the other side to be completely without credibility. Ms. Wiley saw through these accusations with clarity, enabled by a startlingly precise memory for detail so when we did go to court, she was able to ask precise questions that efficiently tore apart these claims. By the end of our time in court, the opposing attorney was clearly baffled, being so badly beaten by this specific memory and from it, a very clear presentation of what possibly could have occurred. In the end, the opposing counsel was fumbling over her words and asking questions in cross examination that we were wanting to ask in redirect. Throughout the process, when at times I started to become overwhelmed by the process, embarrassed by the association of such accusations, Ms. Wiley stayed calm, always reassuring me that "the truth speaks the loudest" and that "your true friends will know the truth and not to pay attention to the others". She really was a true lifesaver. She dismissed a story that would have ruined me and kept me sane in the process. I am forever grateful to her. Truly a great attorney. And an even better person.
