When we entered into this agreement, your firm was full of promises that never materialized, I was told that you had accountants that would go over our returns in question and get the best results that we could expect. What we received was hardly any contact from you, no discussions on what our issu...es were and your plan to alleviate them, we were in the dark for over a year on what was going on, missed a hearing date that you admitted to my wife that it wasn't on your calendar! and then, after a year, your firm tried to get me to pay the full amount to the IRS without even looking at our receipts, statements, and so on. If that was the case, why did it take you over a year to come to that conclusion? The last straw was when for over two weeks sent emails, called, left messages that you ignored just like the IRS stated that you did to them when they tried to contact you. I believe that your firm acted in a very unprofessional manner by not contacting me when the trial date was fast approaching and leaving me wondering if you were going to even show up. which she never did only thing she did was steal 4000. from me for nothing, answer this one miss gibson

The communication may have been sparse but her results exceeded expectations. We had significant tax issues and continued to get periodic hate mail at different address from the IRS on penalties we did not owe. After actually paying many of them, we realized this was an error even though the penaltie...s continued to add up, We tried to resolve this with accountants and phone calls to the IRS. 3 years later we received a notice to go to tax court after trying to do poets the paperwork, I realized this was out of my element. Over the next year we did not hear from Kelly and when we tried to reach out we got an answering service. I was sick to think we paid the money and got a document in return. To our surprise, we received a phone call from Kelly almost a year into the initial transaction telling us our court date and where to meet her in DC. I was waiting to hear what this would cost us given she was traveling from Florida to DC. When we met, Kelly said IRS continues to come down on what we owe them. We were pretty organized and provided details demonstrating how the IRS actually owed usto but would have settled to have the several thousand in errors to just go away. Kelly got the IRS to recognize their errors and they concluded we did not owe them. When we asked about our refund, the IRS rep said that they did not handle refunds and that we had go through that process. We were not happy but received to have the penalties taken care of at no additional attorney fees. Kelly did what we asked for the price we originally paid. We were also ecstatic to receive the refund in the mail. Kelly initiated and completed the docs needed and we received a check. We were pleased with the outcome Kelly facilitated even though we were leary finding and paying a lawyer we never over the phone.

They took my money and got my home and vehicle takin from me.. never done anything , everytime I ask for a copy of my transcript's that they were sending to the irs they made up excuses .. had the BBB contact them and they never called them back.. wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.. also Ti...m smith is a rude person , he told me in an email to point blank f::koff and jelly Gibson just said he was having a rough day..

I was 4 days out from closing on a home and discovered by my lender that I had a tax debt. needless to say I was floored and was told unless I had taken care of this I was not going to be able to close on my home. this was devastating.
