Integrity, advocacy, and a rare sense of humor and empathy

Keith approaches problems with humor, insight, and integrity. Sometimes a simple solution is at hand - a letter written, a phone call placed - that will help advance the client's objective without necessarily advancing the bottom line. He clearly demonstrated empathy for some dumb mistakes I had made... while explaining every step of the process. He seems to like to help people who want to help themselves but doesn't judge their circumstances. I'd recommend Keith for his unusual talent for illuminating an otherwise confusing and stressful process while advocating strongly for his client.
