A helping hand

Keith Peck helped me and my son with the DOE special education department. Keith won 3 of my son's lawsuits with the DOE. The one thing I learned from all of this is you need a great and knowledgeable attorney on your side regarding the DOE special education. There are so many laws that will prote...ct your child especially when you have to do a IEP meeting. I was very surprised when I got everything for my son during the IEP meeting having the attorney to help me step by step to make sure I ask the right questions. Regarding the cost don't worry about it Keith won't charge you because he believes in you and your child and wants the best for your child. Keith is very passionate and driven and a bull dog in court. So if you are looking for attorney who specializes in special education he is the right person for you or your family.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
