The Best!

Attorney Keith Peck has been a blessing to our family with his keen abilities and laser focus in special education. He navigated us thru IDEA laws to provide our son an appropriate education that was uniquely tailored to our son’s needs. At the age of four, our youngest son was diagnosed with a... severe case of Child Apraxia of Speech (CAS). We knew that the only way to make our son functional in the classroom and to make it appropriately translate into society was that he would require several sessions (3-5 days) of intense, one-on-one speech therapy each week. Even with this factually documented diagnosis, the school was only willing to provide minimal services in a cookie cutter format that would NEVER have allowed our child to advance but rather further compound his disability into utter disgrace making him a liability on society. The school would even go so far as to tell us that were we only entitled the to services that they had determined were appropriate. After failing to find a suitable attorney here in AZ to take the school to task, we decided to file for due process on our own. Unfortunately, we did not know how corrupt the system is here in Arizona and in general at the local level. After losing our case at the administrative level, we had no idea what to do. That’s where Keith came in. We contacted him after reading about one of his famously successful cases in the Ninth Circuit. He agreed to take our case and guide us through the process step by step. With his help, we were able to overturn the administrative decision in district court. Even though the school initially appealed to the Ninth Circuit, they eventually decided to settle out of court rather than take on Attorney Keith Peck’s record of wins at the Ninth Circuit! Thanks to Keith we now have a rock star son that functions as God has intended due to the appropriate therapies at an early age that CAS requires.
