also known as Kate Masterton
With degrees in both equine science and environmental science, I have a special interest in farms--especially horses--and the environment. I do pro bono work for various horse organizations and land preservation/ag preservation groups, and am an active member of the Manor Conservancy, Valleys Planning Counsil, and Farm Bureau. With a practice focussed on estate planning and business law, some of my favorite clients are horse people or farmers with complex business needs and a desire to preserve the farm and its assets for future generations.

Excellent attorney
Kathleen J, Masterton is an excellent attorney. She has taken on our case, and has done work above and beyond expectations so far. I am glad that she is on our side, and not against us.
