She treated me like I wasn't worth the time to talk to and constantly kept me in the dark. She was conveniently never available when I needed an appointment and when I was able to talk to her I could always hear hesitation in her voice like she was unsure or didn't really know what she was saying. ...We had a zoom hearing at one point and I was not impressed with her she spent all that time for what? She is a great attorney if you want to be ignored and be made to feel like your case is beneath her while paying for her busywork. terrible

I'm a domestic violence victim. Rose Firm took $4,500.00 as retainer for my divorce case. Spent almost $1,500.00 of it within the 1st week. I only wanted a simple & fair divorce. After they spent the first $4,500 with no end in sight, they demanded another $4,500 to continue. Never once told me ...what my ex wanted in settlement. Charged for things like $25.50 for an email telling me the lawyer had laryngitis. Another $25.50 when I said I hope she feels better. Dismissed from case with nothing accomplished and no help whatsoever. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Defending yourself would be better!

Mrs. Haynes and the staff at Rose Law Firm were nothing short of courteous and professional with me during my divorce. They made the most difficult decision of my life as quick and painless as possible. I am happy to say that I am now divorced and my kids and I are at peace. I would never recommend this attorney, or The Rose Law Firm. The only thing that they are really good at is sending you an invoice for $4500.00 every 3 weeks, whether services have been rendered or.not. I paid this attorney over $28,000.00, and I am still in court to this day. Mrs. Haynes neglecte...d to inform me of my ownership in a business endeavor with my ex-husband. She repeatedly told me that she would have to hire a CPA to make that determination. I presented Mrs. Haynes with a copy of the business loan agreement, and she failed to inform me that my exhusband had put my house up for collateral on this business. I have been divorced over 2 years. I totally trusted Mrs. Haynes to act in my best interest...sadly, that was not the case. I filed for an emergency relief to keep my ex husband from coming in my house. I filed this in April, 2016. Mrs. Haynes agreed to a continuance until the end of July 2016, without even consulting me. Diuring that time, my ex was free to come and go in my house as he pleased and there was nothing I could do about it. Because of Mrs. Haynes negligence, I have had to hire another attorney, and I am still in court to this date. I did file a complain with the Alabama State Bar. Mrs. Haynes blatantly lied about every single complaint that I had listed. No matter what...I would never hire this attorney, or The Rose Law Firm...unless you just have money to burn and you don’t care how long you’re in court or if you win the case or not
