Karen Hardy Whitenton

Recently my wife and i determined our existing wills were out of date. Karen had done our wills in the past and we reached out to her again. I am a CPA/CFP and thus fairly comfortable with the legal provisions within wills and their intent. My wife only deals with wills when we update ours. Thus we n...eed someone that can patiently and in a down to earth manner explain each provision. Karen is a natural at this "art" part ot the process and truly made the exploration of our needs to the signing ceremony a comfortable but thought provoking experience. It was a relief to update our wills to take into account changes in our family, our financial position and estate tax law. We were well served and recommend Karen without hesitancy. Our estate is modest and we cannot speak to Karen's experience and knowledge with highly taxable estates.
