Exceptional expert guidance through challenging times

My relationship with Judy began with my parents needing to get their will and related documents in order. In the process, it was determined that my mother (due to her dementia and my father's failing health) would need a court appointed conservator and guardian. This was achieved seamlessly through... Judy's caring, intuitive, and diligent expertise. My father has since passed and I am privileged to continue overseeing my mother's needs. When issues or questions arise, I continue to rely on her for problem solving and encouraging support.

Executors conservators and trust advice and guidance

Judy Becker has, at my choice, represented myself and the estates and trust that I have been appointed to administer. This representation has covered three complex estates, three trusts, one guardianship and associated probate matters over a period of 20 plus years. I continue to call on her extensi...ve knowledge. Her responses are trust worthy and contain the common sense approach necessary for me to fulfill my fiduciary obligations. I highly recommend her and do to my clients and friends.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I have know and worked with Judy Becker for over 15 years and can say that she is one of the most talented estate planning/estate and gift tax attorneys I know. Not only have I referred numerous satisfied clients to her over the years, I have also relied on her as an expert witness in our fiduciary litigation cases. I can recommend her legal skills without reservation and I am honored to do so.."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
