OTR TRUCKER
Attorney Juan responded to my question about leaving my truck running at Tonys Supermarket and getting a $250.00 tax revenue ticket and should I fight it. He said; it’ll probably be a waste of time. Well, since he didn’t offer to take the case, I guess I agree with him.

Replied last October 06, 2020The reason I did not want to take the case, was because I would have charged more than the $250.00 fine and the result would have likely not changed, so I was trying to save you some money. In the future, I will be clearer as to why I do not want to take a case.
