Joshua O Balter

My experience with Attorney Joshua Balter was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, his handling of the case caused unnecessary emotional distress for everyone involved — myself, my children, and even his own client. I found his approach unprofessional, lacking in empathy, and often counterproducti...ve to resolving the issues at hand. Throughout the process, I felt that he prioritized conflict over constructive solutions, which only prolonged the case and increased tension between the parties. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking a fair or compassionate attorney.

If I could give zero stars I would. Joshua Balter has made it his goal to destroy my family and threaten me with restraining orders and legal fees for trying to have a relationship with my child. I read his reviews and wondered how many other families have been destroyed by his tricks. It’s truly sad.... He should be disbarred.

I would not recommend Josh Baltor for your family lawyer. Josh has played so many games during the course of my case. Josh would first start off on stating what his plan was going to be on how to fight and defend my rights for my son. Days later, that would change with him saying how my other lawyer... pacified me, and then failed to get back to us in amount of time with the questions and answers we needed. my mother wrote him tons of emails stating what was going on and never any type of response. I had to have my mother on 95% of these calls because so many things that Josh was saying just wasn't making sense and half of it became a lie after all. josh would talk about his navy story etc which we didn't care to listen to. I wasn't there for story time Josh. Josh also has no staff in his office through out the day. He makes people believe that he does. Josh also hired a gentleman named Brandon. as the problems were continuing to happen with Josh, Josh failed to send out bills, and when he did send out his bills, he would never send the PDF file to be able to open up the bill ,so i can see break down of what I owe. A normal lawyer would just send a correct email fixing the problem but Josh Nope never did that. I have emailed Josh over time with my mother c/c. josh would not response to our questions on hand or if he did answer us the question never got answered and he play around with my mom about the question. josh just wouldn't answer the questions. Josh also try to bill my credit card twice which I had to my credit card company call me to find out why he was able to charge my credit card twice. when asked he blamed it on his computer etc, just a lie and very fishly (screenshot will be provided. Josh would claim that he has no secretary in his office to do the work but when you call his main line, your going to get brandon. during my trial, josh failed to provide information to the courts. its like I wasn't doing my job correctly which is very upsetting because I have waited 3 1/2 years for a date for my case and this is what Josh does missing information. this man broken this family's heart. The week of Thanksgiving Josh had me and my mom running down to the court get information that we shouldn't of never had to go down to the courts. This guy is a waste of time and he has no respect for your family. This family doesn't deserve what happened and Josh did not do his part, no accountability from Josh Baltor at alI. You are a case number to Josh and the courts that is it. 5 1/2 years being falsely assessed of stuff and no change. I will provide emails and screenshots of evidence, showing the terrible job at this man has done. I'm writing this review to let people know what this man is all about at the end of the day. I have satisfied the courts for the last five years with everything they asked of me after i blame for false claims. During my case. Josh made nothing better for my case. This guy is a horrible man and was never prepared. There so much more this man has done that I cant say due to the term of service of yelp! Don't fall victim like this family did! All Josh tried to do is make this family look bad when Josh Baltor did want to comply with the orders. Also Just a warning he threats to run to a judge when something doesn't go his way. Josh will try to forward things to the judge to make you look like your the problem. Don't be scared like he tried doing to me and my family! You should never be afraid of a lawyer. That was the Number one rule I learn from Judge Kenefick. Josh clearly didn't do his job. He also tryin to scam me by offering me ray ban sun glasses. The court will only hear what they want to hear. The judge will just call it a break down when really the lawyer was the problem from the begin. There are so many nasty things about these people that people need to know about this people.
