About Joseph
Biography
I am a trial lawyer. Whether it is at the trial or appellate level, I have the experience to fight for you. Since 2007 I have been practicing criminal law and have tried countless cases first as a prosecutor and now as a defense attorney. I believe strongly in justice and that it can be hard to find in our current system. I take my job very seriously, striving to give all my customers the best customer service experience possible. This is mainly because I would expect the same thing if I were ever in need of legal assistance.
I am a father to two amazing little girls. I have always loved music and I play guitar and sing in a rock band. You may (or may not) see me around town performing. I'm a fun-loving guy and love to support the local craft beer scene. Currently, a Triton Rail Splitter IPA is my favorite.

Poor
I was very happy to work with the attorney after consulting with him. I was quoted orginally $500,I went back ,and the new quote was $2000 retainer. I didn't understand that so i decided not to.

Replied last October 22, 2015Very sorry to hear about your frustration! You contacted me and I offered a low down-payment because my practice was not busy at that time. When you followed up, around one year later, prices changed because my practice was much busier and I was not able to maintain that price. Also, your case was quoted hourly. The $500 was a retainer, essentially pre-paying for services. Thus, I was asking for pre-payment of more time. Again, I am very sorry for your frustration and I hope you found great service elsewhere!
