About Joseph
Biography
I am a trial lawyer. Whether it is at the trial or appellate level, I have the experience to fight for you. Since 2007 I have been practicing criminal law and have tried countless cases first as a prosecutor and now as a defense attorney. I believe strongly in justice and that it can be hard to find in our current system. I take my job very seriously, striving to give all my customers the best customer service experience possible. This is mainly because I would expect the same thing if I were ever in need of legal assistance.
I am a father to two amazing little girls. I have always loved music and I play guitar and sing in a rock band. You may (or may not) see me around town performing. I'm a fun-loving guy and love to support the local craft beer scene. Currently, a Triton Rail Splitter IPA is my favorite.

He did an overall good job on my case (owi with prior within 5 years & reckless endangerment with prior owi within 5 years) on felony was dropped and the other will be reduced upon completion. Sometimes when there is nothing to update on a case, it can seem to the client that they are not being kept in the loop. I'm sorry that this is the way you felt.
