I was very pleased with Jordan’s approach and diligence when I hired him as my representative for a Social Security Disability case. Jordan is knowledgeable, attentive, assertive, and thorough in his case handling. I was very pleased with his demeanor and his responsiveness to any questions or concer...ns that I had. I informed him up front that I needed an assertive and fully attentive attorney and I was not paying for someone to just be present, quiet and just there for moral support. I told him I would do more than my part to make sure he had all of the information he needed and provide a quick return for any requests. I had done a lot of preparation and paperwork and handled appeals to the point that I hired him. If He was going to be there only as a moral supporter and nothing more, I needed to find another attorney and not waste my time or his. He assured me that if the case did not turn out favorable, it certainly would not be because he didn’t do his part. He held true to his word and we were both very satisfied with the outcome of the case. With that said, he was a great supporter, but he doesn’t make false promises and doesn’t embellish the facts the of the case and the proper direction to proceed. He’s a straight forward, hard working, and completely in your corner. My visits with Jordan were more like visiting with a friend and trying to sort out a problem constructively. I put full trust and confidence in Jordan and if needed, I will retain him again for my legal matters without reservation.
