Biography
Jonathan E. Stein joined McCabe Coleman Ventosa & Patterson PLLC in October of 2018. He is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice areas are primarily civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate, business and contract law.
Jonathan previously practiced in Philadelphia for three years in an effort to rehabilitate blighted and abandoned properties by a novel law and through the civil court. He submitted briefs and appeared before the appellate court to develop case law in this field. He also coordinated between several local groups to submit proposed legislative changes to the law.
Jonathan achieved his Juris Doctorate and Master’s degree from Vermont Law School and his Bachelor’s Degree from Hartwick College. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Dutchess County Bar Association.
When not practicing law Jonathan can be found climbing, baking or taking more bar exams.
