Initially we were impressed by Jonathan's reviews and qualifications. He sold himself very well in the consultation and seemed to care a lot. But, we found quickly that he was not responsive to calls and e-mails and he and his staff always had an unbelievable and inconsistent excuse ready. I wish our...

Replied last January 29, 2018I’m truly that sorry you had this experience. I take communication with my clients very seriously. I never want a client to feel as though I am not responsive. After seeing your review, I have since reiterated to my staff how important it is to set up appointments as needed to make sure that each and every client is receiving the attention they deserve. The one thing I can promise you is that there were no “unbelievable or inconsistent” excuses. Neither my staff nor I would lie to you. There were lots of personal issues for me and my family last year. I tried my best to keep my clients informed of that, but I obviously fell short in your case. I will work on improving communications with my clients moving forward. I’m very sorry.
