Crystal was a fantastic attorney for me throughout my divorce and custody proceedings. It wasn't just about the fact that she got me a great result, it was much more than that. She was a great listener and was incredibly kind to me from the start, even when I was fully aware that I was being a bit difficult. She knows divorce and custody law inside and out and that made me feel very confident that I made the right attorney choice. She was always quick to tell me about a development in my case and was professional 100% of the time. The only reason i gave her a 4 out of 5 on responsiveness was because during my case she experienced a change in legal assistants and I think that caused things got backed up for a while and she was hard to get a hold of for a few days. I completely understood how that could be difficult but I wanted this review to be completely honest and not sound like someone who was asked to write a glowing review. Her daughter is her new assistant and she is very professional in person and on the phone. She was surprisingly knowledgeable about her mother's clients and about how to handle certain situations in the event her mother was unavailable. I was impressed with her because I know it cannot be easy having your mom as a boss. :) I hope this helps anyone who looks at this page make a good decision when looking for an attorney.
