Replied last May 07, 2018Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, the rules of ethics regarding confidentiality prevent me from addressing your concerns with any specifics. I take my responsibility to maintain your confidentiality very seriously. However, I have never told a client that I didn't have time to speak with that person or deal with their issues. If you feel there was ever a lack of communication regarding your case, I do apologize. Communication is extremely important to me. I have never been unresponsive for months. If you desire to have additional discussions concerning your case or your experiences, I am more than willing to meet with you, at no cost to you, of course. I would never charge a client when speaking with me to voice any concerns about my services. I hope you will give me that opportunity.

Replied last March 01, 2018Dear Sir, If you feel there was ever miscommunication regarding your case, I do apologize. I believe strongly in setting my clients' expectations appropriately. I did attempt to do so in your case multiple times. Unfortunately, the rules of ethics regarding confidentiality prevent me from addressing your concerns with any specifics. I take my responsibility to maintain your confidentiality very seriously. However, I believe that I can safely say, without breaching confidentiality, that the “additional term” you refer to had nothing to do with your child. In your review, you have not explained the true reasons, which I clearly communicated to you, regarding why I withdrew from representation. If you desire to have additional discussion concerning your case, I am more than willing to meet with you so that there is no further confusion.
