John Mansella - My lawyer for life!

I did some research about attorneys that were closer in line with what I thought my case was involved in. John Mansella was one of the many results, and seemed to have great reviews from credible websites. John found my case, from what I described in my message to him online, to be unusual, but ve...ry interesting. He seemed to be intrigued at the fact that this was not a "black and white" obvious case, and that it would require some research. John had invited my wife and I into his office to get a better understanding of our circumstance in order to determine if we did in fact have a case. We advised John of the prior experience with attorneys dismissing us and advising that we did not have a case. John was very candid in explaining that our case would certainly require a lot of research, and had the chance of not being in most attorneys' best financial interests for that reason. We provided John with all the facts and background of our situation. He explained that there were definitely some areas that he agreed we 'may' have a case, but a lot of grey that would require additional research. I was surprised at John's candidness about explaining and educating us about the laws pertaining to our circumstance. He also advised that it would be unethical for him to become our attorney at this point, as we could spend a lot of money without having our desired outcome at the end. Although this wasn't anything my wife and I weren't aware of, we were surprised that he was so candid and cautious to not put us in further financial burden. John had advised that he would need to do some additional research about our case before he could take us on as clients--although, we were willing to sign and give him a check at this point based on how genuine he was being. As a result of John's research, he had educated my wife and I with enough about the laws/regulations/etc. that I felt I could be an attorney--we were and are so impressed by how much knowledge he shared with us (despite most of it being way over our heads). Essentially, John had uncovered that not only was there a case, but would take it on contingency. Meaning, we wouldn't pay him by the hour as most of the deceiving attorneys wanted. He would only take the conventional attorney's cut from our settlement. Over the next several months, John remained in continuous contact--I mean continuous! I even had to double-check and ask him if I was being billed for his time, b/c he spent a lot of time going out of his way to discuss my case and answer my LONG list of questions. Each of my questions were addressed with a verbal essay-length answer--they were quite detailed and meticulous. My wife and I were relieved at this point knowing that if John was unsuccessful, that nothing else could be done. John was very good in making sure we were aware of the possibility that after everything, we could end up not having a positive outcome-that our case was very unique in this nature. My wife and I were burdened by a derogatory impact to our credit, which could not have come at a worse time since we were looking to purchase our first home. The sole intent my wife and I had was to have this mark removed, and our credit absolved in order to get financing. Not only was John successful in having the derogatory mark removed, he was able to get us quite the monetary compensation!!! My wife and I had very little hope after our poor experiences seeking legal advice about our situation. John truly came through on his white horse from beginning to end. He treated us as if we were celebrities that were dumping buckets of money on his lap. It is VERY rare to come across an individual that is this knowledgeable, genuine AND an attorney. My wife and I are still in disbelief at how close we came to giving up on our case prior to contacting John. I am writing this review from our HOUSE, that we would not have been able to get, had it not been for John. We are forever great full to you, John. You're the best!

One of the good guys.

Attorney John Mansella, in my opinion, is one of the good guys. The first time I met John was a good experience. I gave him as much information that I could and I never felt like he was too busy for my case. Very informative. John was excellent at discussing all aspects of pros and con's about any d...ecision I needed to make for my case. I had plenty of time to think things over. What I really like about John is that he did not come off as a "know it all" and always looked into things before he gave any important answers. John helped me legally get my life back on track. John did everything he said he would do and then some. I appreciate that there are people like John who can offer their expertise at such affordable rates. John was more than fair with his rates. Thank you Attorney John Mansella!!! Cory

A Remarkable and Knowledgeable Lawyer

When we first discussed our case with John at his office, he was honest and up front with his legal opinion. We were involved with, what we felt, was an unfair job termination from a very large corporation. John discussed some avenues that he would look into and as we discovered, his knowledge and ...his understanding of labor laws were impressive. So impressive, that at the end of our case, John not only won our case, he defeated the "dreaded Corporate Law Office" and their big money lawyers! We would recommend John to anyone who is interested in an honest, very intelligent legal expert. He is truly someone you can trust. Richard

Very Knowledgeable, honest attorney with abundance of integrity

After meeting 3-4 attorneys and not sure if I should hire them, I was told to go see John. Right after the first meeting I had with John, I knew he can be trusted, which was a huge decision criterion for me (having bad experience previously). John is candid, straight to the point, knowledgeable, do...es not make false promises. It was easy to see that he knows his stuff. Most importantly, throughout my case, he has been always available. Clear, open communication, well intentioned advice and efficient, prompts follow ups. On the other side of the spectrum, he was equally tough and tactful while dealing with the opposing party. In short, I was in desperate need and could not have received a better result, thanks to John’s efforts. He is one of those rare attorneys who seem to genuinely care, is in good conscience interested in getting you the best deal and at the same time does not want to just chase after your money. I thank you John and would highly recommend you to others.

Awesome, honest and fair.

I am a disabled Vet and when I was trying to get my Social Security I was referred to John. I talked with John and he gave me his honest opinion so we started to trudge through the system. After being denied twice John took my case and we requested a hearing. When the day came we went to court and sa...t with the Judge and he presented my case. I was awarded my Social Security. As time passed my brother in law had applied for his Social Security and was denied so I referred him to John. John sat with him and said " you have a very strong case already re submit your claim and see what happens. I don't want to just take your money because that's all I would be doing." So with John's advice he re submitted his claim and his was awarded. John could have signed him up and took his money just because but he didn't. That's why I would recommend him again and again. If I had a question he always responded to them in a timely manner. All I have to say to John is Thank You.
