Bad Lawyer

He was my attorney for many years and when I had to sue my business partner who was his close friend at the time I contacted Mr. Hughes III We had a long meeting and discussed many details on how best to proceed then having secured representation with another firm because of the conflict his f...irm shows up representing my partner. I spent tens of thousands of dollars trying to remove these man from representing the other guy especially after my confidential meeting which was used against me. When I dragged it into Arbitration Mr. Hughes the third acknowledged that he had an hour long conversation with me but insisted we talked about sports and the weather and nothing about the case. WOW !
