John Frederick Geida

I can vouch for part of the prior review regarding the Pattis firm - they'll fly through a retainer fixing preventable sometimes truly damaging mistakes, which does nothing to decrease the stress for clients. They deride the client for bringing it to their attention. And the firm is notoriously indis...creet. This firm never returned the most sensitive data turned over to them, which was put literally in the hands of John Geida, and refuses any explanation. The file returned to me contained book orders from Pattis's other business, which is a book store. A sense of chaos and disrespect of clients reigns at this firm.

I haven't had much experience with lawyers but John Geida in Norm Pattis' office in Bethany CT is one of the most incompetent attorneys out there for employment law. Not only did he make a painful experience of on the job harrassment MUCH worse, but he failed to understand the most basic tenants of e...mployment law, resulting in me having to locate another attorney to clean up his mess. He has no negotiation skills and virtually no knowledge of employment law -- no further insights than what you tell him. This law firm has very little concern for clients -- just running up the meter to run out your retainer (I attempted to raise the concerns to Norm Pattis as well but he was non-responsive too). I am reporting Geida to the CT Bar -- BEWARE!!
