First Rate Oil and Gas Transactional Lawyer

Outstanding

Mr. Bonica was extremely professional, courteous, and most generous with his prominent expertise. I was to enlist his services but my situation changed and I no longer had need of an attorney for the occasion. Trustworthy

Mr. Bonica has been and will continue to be my first choice for an attorney when legal matters arise. Prior to retiring from the workforce I had the privilege of working with John on many corporate matters and since retirement he has worked with me on personal legal matters. I would highly recommend John for any corporate or personal matters. He is responsive, helps explain matters in a way that is easily understood by a lay person and is extremely knowledgeable.

A hard working and trustworthy Lawyer

I have worked with John for 20 years both as President of Seneca Resources and Tiger Eye Resources. John is a great detail lawyer who knows the law and how to structure deals and contracts. He was my lawyer in forming 4 different companies, closing 2 acquisitions and 1 sale. He made sure there are no surprises in the deals he has done for me.

An Excellent Choice!

Mr. Bonica provided excellent guidance in negotiating my oil and gas lease. His obvious expertise in the field and fine-tuned attention to detail, along with his ability to interpret the legal language of the contract and explain my options, made the process run very smoothly.
