I really thought that Jillyn had my best interest at heart. She did not give me false hope but was real and used the law to back her suggestions. It was easy to meet with her. She was professional and kind. The best part was that Jillyn would return my calls within the same day and answer my emai...ls usually within the hour. This is something that you defiantly need and is totally necessary during any legal process. You feel so overwhelmed and getting a response quickly helps you to feel in control, understand better, and most important helps to bring down your anxiety. There is so much that you do not know and you will have so many questions that need to be answered. Jillyn took the time to answer all my questions and helped me throughout the process. You could probably spend a lot more money for another family law attorney but I seriously doubt the professional performance would be better than Jillyn O’Shaughnessey.
