Do not hire! We found her out in lie after lie. Ms. Niesen doesn’t care about her clients. She has no people skills and lies in addition to being condescending. But worse still is the ill intent and poorly thought out actions. Somehow Ms. Niesen learned how to be an attorney, while still retainin...g ignorance and general stupidity. Not just a bad attorney, an utterly insincere “person”, lacking a moral compass and without compassion.

This attorney's blatant disregard for the marital contract in collusion with the presiding judge is an egregious offense. The burden to substantiate (harm) was NOT met and the oath to remain through sickness, to include mental health "til death do us part" precipitated a cascade of deterioration in E...ddie that is catastrophic and utterly contributed to his death. If humanity is unwilling to sanction this act of malfeasance, divinity will not fail its duty.
