Do not hire! We found her out in lie after lie. Ms. Niesen doesn’t care about her clients. She has no people skills and lies in addition to being condescending. But worse still is the ill intent and poorly thought out actions. Somehow Ms. Niesen learned how to be an attorney, while still retainin...g ignorance and general stupidity. Not just a bad attorney, an utterly insincere “person”, lacking a moral compass and without compassion.

In regards to seperating a loving elderly couple, and going against your word of continued contact between them, which then led to an old man dying of heartbreak with no plans for a memorial service?? You deserve all of these bad reviews, and I hope no one else, with memory problems (OR EVEN THOSE YO...U CLAIM TO HAVE ISSUES) falls to your less than quality "expertise". You're such an insult to this profession...
