Family court is about the last place anyone wants to be. Unfortunately, I have had to fight for third party visitation, and Jess represented me in both the original case and appeal. Jess guided me every step of the way and helped me understand the process and the importance and potential impact of... every decision I made as we worked our way through court. Thanks to Jess’ skill and knowledge, I was awarded visitation against very poor odds. An appeal was filed immediately after the case was heard. Again, I relied on Jess to advise me and navigate the legal hurdles we faced. Days before the hearing, we were dealing with a rapidly changing situation. By the time of the hearing, Jess had fully informed me of all the possible outcomes and what our strategy would be moving forward from the ruling. I walked into court knowing I could fully trust Jess to represent me in the very best possible way that day and for whatever comes next. The ruling was favorable for us. Who knows what will happen tomorrow but one thing I know for sure is if I am ever back in family court I will do anything I can to be sure Jess is there to represent me.

DO NOT USE HER if you are going to trial. She is simply a paper pusher and has no idea how to act in a court room. She did not defend me at all, barely spoke, during my child custody case. I paid over $12,000 for no representation. She did not submit my documents to the court so they could not be use...d to help my case. She allowed the guardian ad litem to do all her work for her. I could not be more disappointed in the miniscule amount of effort she put into my case. I feel like I was robbed.
