Family court is about the last place anyone wants to be. Unfortunately, I have had to fight for third party visitation, and Jess represented me in both the original case and appeal. Jess guided me every step of the way and helped me understand the process and the importance and potential impact of... every decision I made as we worked our way through court. Thanks to Jess’ skill and knowledge, I was awarded visitation against very poor odds. An appeal was filed immediately after the case was heard.
