It worked! Never before has an attorney's guidance worked on my particular situation. I engaged Mr. Jerry Davis because I was in need to modify the existing Parenting Plan as it was causing tremendous constraints and distress on both parents and the child. I sought representation for an adjustment in my child support obligation, which is required in Washington when children reach 12 years of age. I was unhappy with the attorney i hired for my divorce proceedings, and couldn't have been more pleased with Jerry. From the initial consultation until today,... Jerry, and my paralegal Zulema have been very responsive and helpful. My needs were relatively simple, and Jerry agreed to a modified retainer, and was sensitive to my request to minimize costs to me. Also the "My case" application is exceptional for a client and the firm to discuss documents and the needs of the client. Also Zulema answered my many questions, always providing the source document (e.g. Washington law) for my information and understanding.

This grading is for the paralegal that worked on my case. Other than the initial onset of the case and a brief discussion with an office attorney- Alicia Oney was the primary person I dealt with. She was awesome. Instead of a basic open/shut case- this thing drew out to close to 9 months!
