In the fall of 2021 I was falsely accused of sexual assault by 2 civilian individuals and was facing a myriad of consequences to include loss of my career, my family, retirement and over 20 yea...rs of jail time. My accusers deliberately fabricated their story and skewed the truth at every turn. As an Active Duty military member I was forced to endure two separate investigations, one by civil authorities and one by the military. The Civilian Authorities quickly realized the accusations made against me were fraudulent, and they declined any further action. Unfortunately, the archaic mindset of the military is "guilty until proven innocent.” After the civilian investigation ended, the military one began. The Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) told me I would not only face the charges of sexual assault, but also adultery, battery and additional frivolous charges.
