I wish I could give Jeremy more than 5 stars! He is truly a “One in a Million” Lawyer that gets results! In the fall of 2021 I was falsely accused of sexual assault by 2 civilian individuals and was facing a myriad of consequences to include loss of my career, my family, retirement and over 20 yea...rs of jail time. My accusers deliberately fabricated their story and skewed the truth at every turn. As an Active Duty military member I was forced to endure two separate investigations, one by civil authorities and one by the military. The Civilian Authorities quickly realized the accusations made against me were fraudulent, and they declined any further action. Unfortunately, the archaic mindset of the military is "guilty until proven innocent.” After the civilian investigation ended, the military one began. The Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) told me I would not only face the charges of sexual assault, but also adultery, battery and additional frivolous charges. The OSI investigators told me I was going to face a court martial, jail time and a dishonorable discharge from the military…all because two individuals lied! Despite having served 20 years with distinction I knew I could not trust the Air Force to properly handle my case and immediately started seeking out a Civilian Lawyer for help. The first person I spoke to was Mr. Jeremy Snyder; within minutes of consulting with him I knew he was the lawyer for me and hired him on the spot! Review of Jeremy Snyder: When I think of what a defense lawyer should be, my thoughts turn to Jeremy Snyder. I had the unfortunate necessity to need to utilize a defense attorney but, Jeremy was the perfect fit. He was efficient, thoughtful, capable, knowledgable, and above all he treated me... like a human. During the whole process he believed and behaved like I was innocent until proven guilty which, is something to say within the military culture. I felt as if I was not just another unfortunate soul caught in the giant military court-martial system when it came to his handling of my case. I highly recommend utilizing Jeremy as your counsel for the above mentioned reasons and because he is the absolute right man for the job.

Jeremy Snyder represented me two years ago. He took up my case after I had chosen to seek new representation, and his confidence after reviewing my case convinced me to withdraw my original request made by my previous attorney for a discharge in lieu of court martial.
