U.S. v. Air Force MSgt
Aug 03, 2023OUTCOME: Full Acquittal (Not Guilty)
This case is just one recent representative case from our practice. I have personally handled over 100 trials by court-martial and thousands of criminal allegations under the uniform code of military ... justice. On 3 August 2023, we secured a full acquittal (not guilty verdict) in a case for an Air Force MSgt (E-7) who was pending retirement prior to coming under investigation for allegations of domestic abuse by his ex-wife. Our client was accused of years of violence against his family. Through our thorough counter-investigation, we uncovered evidence of lies and motives to lie, and we overcame the prosecution in every legal and factual issue. After our presentation of the facts and compelling closing arguments, the military jury found our client not guilty of all charges. He is now able to enjoy the benefits of the retirement he earned and not lose custody of his younger children.
