Mr Samuels/ excellent job performance

Mr. Samuels is a very knowledgeable lawyer, very well prepared, organized and professional individual. Thanks to him and his preparation for the case I was able to win the hearing. I highly recommend him.....thank you again..

Excellent law firm and attorneys

I contacted Sivinski and Smith to handle my unemployment case which was initially denied. Jamie was very helpful in getting me crucial paperwork handled. Jeremy did a great job during the telephone hearing. He did an excellent job on cross examination of my previous employer,and got to the heart of t...he matter with a great closing statement. The determination was reversed and I was awarded full unemployment benefits. The people at Sivinski and Smith are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend their services.

Hire Jeremy

I was wrongfully fired from my job and my employers were untruthful about the circumstances. This has never happened to me before and it seemed unlikely that I could draw unemployment... That is until I hired Jeremy Samuels. At the hearing, he quickly got to the truth of the matter and exposed my for...mer employer. He went over the hearing with me before hand and prepared me... took the scare out of it. Thank you Jeremy.

Outstanding results

I was very pleased with the job that Jeremy did with my case. He took an unfortunate situation and turned it around with positive results. I would of NEVER been able to win my case without his knowledge and his expertise in his field.
