Making a stressful ordeal a bit more pleasant

Jeremy handled my personal bankruptcy case caused by heavy debts from my failed business. I contacted him because of his overwhelmingly positive reviews and quickly understood why they exist; plainly said, he is different from one's stereotypical perception of an attorney. He carries himself with a c...asual, approachable air that makes the consultation feel more like discussing your problems with a friend than some stoic, hardened professional in a pressed suit. The main difference here being that unlike one of your friends he knows what he's talking about and provided answers to every question I had at the free consultation, ultimately advising that it made more sense for me to file personal rather than business bankruptcy as I had a single-member LLC and it would be needlessly more expensive to file as a business since the firm has a flat fee for personal bankruptcy cases. Being that I live a bit more than an hour's drive from Spokane it's also worth mentioning that the distance was never an issue since email and phone communications with both Jeremy and his legal assistant were always quite prompt. I returned to town to meet with him before my meeting of creditors and was somewhat nervous to go through with it, since as he described it's the only time where one comes face to face with a representative of the state during your bankruptcy case. Once again, his calm and easygoing demeanor was helpful in easing that anxiety and was also clear in going over what to expect from the meeting. In the end it all went smoothly and I was happy to have his counsel throughout a lengthy and at times arduous process. I would 100% recommend his services to an acquaintance who is considering filing bankruptcy.

Really cared

Me and my husband went to Jeremy for our bankruptcy. We had many complicated bills and issues and he and his Legal Aid Stephanie were always polite, answered every question, phone call, email. Jeremy actually cared for our situation and consulted us through the long process we had and was very afford...able. Thank you Jeremy and Stepanie for all the help.

Bankruptcy as painless as possible.

We sought bankruptcy after years of trying to dig out of the hole we were in financially. After having our baby, we realized we needed help and reached out to Mr. Davidson. He met us at our convenience and put our minds at ease that we were making the right decision. We didn't feel pushed or judged a...nd instead felt like Jeremiah Davidson cared about who we are and genuinely wanted to help us. All questions we had throughout the process, were quickly answered. He was always willing to go over questions and concerns we had no matter how silly they may have seemed.We never felt pushed or rushed. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The price for the amount of work being done is incredibly reasonable. We were treated with respect and never like we were small or insignificant. He truely made it feel lile he was with us through every step of the process. I would highly recommend Jeremy Davidson to anyone.

Fantastic Attorney

What was a very difficult time for myself and my husband was made so much easier by Jeremy Davidson. Bad things in life happen, including bankruptcy, and Jeremy made sure we knew that it did not make us bad people. He took as much time with us as needed, answered every question with confidence, and... walked us through the entire process, making it fairly stress free. Great, professional staff that treat their clients with respect.

Jeremy and his staff are wonderful. They handled everything and made a stressful situation stress free. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone who is faced with bankruptcy. Very easy to talk to and explained everything we needed to know. Jeremy and his staff go above and beyond.
