I can truthfully say it doesn't stop with Jeremy, the excellent review I'm giving extends to his entire staff as well. His investigator started out by getting $2500 returned to me from a supposed "legitimate" attorney's group. I didn't realize at the time I should have retained The Alberts Firm befor...e I did anything else. Jeremy did everything that could be done representing me in the foreclosure of my home. If I had found him first, I would still be in that home. I, am my own complaint, if there were a complaint to be made. I know I would call him first before I did anything else if the need ever arose again. The entire staff was so understanding and compassionate and actually listened to me. Upon his first review, Jeremy and one of his assistant attorneys discovered that the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo, NA, was not the title holder on the note to the property and therefore had no standing in the matter. He got the case dismissed with a single phone call, allowing us to move on to other matters quickly and efficiently. A previous attorney, for an analysis only, charged over $3,000.00. That attorney was given exactly the same documentation I provided Jeremy. The other attorney not only missed the above facts in his analysis, but wanted to charge me an additional $10,000.00 for an INITIAL retainer for representation to continue work for me on the case. When I couldn’t afford that attorney, who claimed to represent low-income families in foreclosure cases, I contacted Jeremy Alberts. Jeremy knew that I was in a difficult financial situation. Because the initial case was dismissed with so little time and effort, due to his excellent insight, Jeremy applied the majority of this fixed fee to another matter for me without my asking.
