I contacted him for a fraudulent foreclosure/unlawful detainer issue. His gentle and insightful tactics had the initial case against me dismissed quickly with a single phone call. He reviewed a large body of documentation that I provided him quickly recognizing what was “boiler plate” and directly extracting the relevant facts needed to apply to the case very quickly. Jeremy pointed out that he had analyzed outcomes in foreclosure cases in the California State courts and in Federal Courts. He noted that my case would be better fought in Federal courts. He gave me specific numbers for his and other firm’s outcomes in similar cases.
